abstract |
[Problem] To provide a greasy thermally conductive material having superior heat resistance and using a non-silicone resin. [Solution] The thermally conductive material according to the present invention includes: 100 parts by mass of a cross-linking reaction product between an acrylic polymer (A) having at least two cross-linking functional groups including a carbon-carbon unsaturated bond and an acrylic polymer (B) having at least one of said cross-linking functional groups; 100-200 parts by mass of an acrylic polymer (C) having a viscosity not more than 650 mPa·s; 150-350 parts by mass of a trimellitic acid ester-based plasticizing agent; 3500-7500 parts by mass of a thermally conductive filler having an average particle diameter of 0.1-100 µm; and 50-300 parts by mass of a thickening agent having an average particle diameter of not more than 50 nm. |
