abstract |
Provided are a recombinant H7N9 subtype avian influenza virus strain; an H7N9 subtype avian influenza virus JD/17 strain the accession number of which is CCTCC No. V201862 is used as a parental virus strain, and the amino acid sequence of an H3 subtype is used to replace the amino acid sequence in an HA protein of the JD/17 virus strain. By means of measuring HA titer, EID50, and TCIS50, the results show that a rescued virus strain retains biological characteristics similar to those of the parental virus strain, and has higher HA titer and EID50. Further provided are a labeled vaccine prepared after inactivating and emulsifying the described virus strain and a preparation method therefor. Antibody levels produced by chickens immunized by using the described vaccine are higher, and the described antibodies may be distinguished from antibodies produced by chickens being naturally infected with the H7N9 subtype avian influenza virus. |
