abstract The present specification provides a method whereby a terminal receives a preconfigured uplink resource from a base station, and a device for same. In particular, the method whereby a terminal receives a preconfigured uplink resource from a base station comprises: receiving a preconfigured uplink (UL) resource (PUR) configuration through RRC signaling from the base station; and if the terminal is in idle mode, transmitting uplink data to the base station by using a preconfigured uplink resource, wherein the preconfigured uplink resource comprises 12 subcarriers, the uplink data comprises a demodulated reference signal (DMRS) sequence having a first length and including six subcarriers, and the demodulated reference signal sequence may be transmitted using six of the 12 subcarriers.
