abstract The present invention describes pharmaceutical compositions comprising compounds that have the formula and formula (compounds D14 and C22 respectively) that specifically inhibit the KRas4B- PDE6δ interaction, making them useful for the effective treatment of pancreatic cancer. The compounds of the invention stabilized the protein-protein interaction in the KRas4B-PDE6δ complex showing antineoplastic activity against pancreatic cancer cells, reduced the viability in the human pancreatic cancer cells but not in the normal pancreatic cells and induced cellular death via apoptosis.
