titleOfInvention | Liquid diluent for measurement samples |
abstract | [Problem] To provide a liquid diluent for measurement samples, which has high correlation with a high-sensitivity high-accuracy HPLC method, and whereby it becomes possible to measure an HbA1c (%), which is the ratio of the amount of HbA1c to the amount of Hb, in a measurement sample without the influence of the time between the timepoint of the mixing of the measurement sample with the liquid diluent for measurement samples and the timepoint of the dropwise addition of the resultant mixture to an immunochromatographic test specimen for HbA1c measurement use. [Solution] The present invention is a liquid diluent for measurement samples, which can be used for the measurement of hemoglobin A1c (%), which is the ratio of the amount of hemoglobin A1c to the amount of hemoglobin, in a measurement sample, and which is an aqueous solution containing a nonionic surfactant, an anionic surfactant and a buffering agent, wherein a polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester and a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether are contained as the nonionic surfactants. |
