abstract Disclosed are a microalgae purification culture medium and a method for the sterilization, separation and purification of microalgae, which belong to the technical field of microalgae biology. The method for preparing the microalgae purification culture medium comprises the following steps: preparing a microalgae liquid inorganic culture medium, then adding 1-1.5 wt% of high-purity agarose into the liquid inorganic culture medium to obtain a mixed liquid, and sterilizing the mixed liquid to prepare a microalgae solid culture medium. The microalgae purification culture medium used for purifying microalgae does not have adverse effects on the microalgae itself, and has the advantage of simple operations, which means that there is no need to cultivate the microalgae multiple times.
