titleOfInvention Method for manufacturing hard polyurethane by recycling polyurethane foam scraps
abstract The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a hard polyurethane foam. The present invention obtains a recycled polyol by collecting waste hard polyurethane foam and treating same through depolymerization method, and obtains mixed polyols by mixing a new polyol and the recycled polyol in a ratio of 40-60 : 60-40 by weight, mixes 6-12 parts by weight of an imine polyol on the basis of 100 parts by weight of the mixed polyols, and then injects additives and an isocyanate material through a normal method, thereby carrying out a urethane reaction. The present invention uses the reaction heat generated in the urethane reaction, and can control the final thickness of a urethane foam product, which is to be finally obtained, by lowering, through an imine polyol to be double decomposed at a high reaction temperature, foaming pressure to be excessively generated in the urethane reaction.
