abstract Provided are an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program capable of providing personalized time which is based on how the flow of time feels to the individual. The information processing device comprises an information acquisition unit (320) for acquiring a chronological change in biological information from one or a plurality of biological information sensors fitted on the user, and a calculation unit (332) for calculating, at predetermined time intervals, the difference between a chronological change in first biological information in a first section and a chronological change in second biological information in a second section at the same time as the first section, to calculate the time difference with a reference time.
