Radiation monitor and method for measuring radiation |
abstract |
A radiation monitor (100) is provided with a radiation sensing part (10) for sensing radiation, and an optical fiber (20) for transmitting photons released from a light-emitting element of the radiation sensing part, the radiation sensing part (10) being provided with: a first light-emitting element (1) for generating photons in response to incident radiation; a chemical compound part (3) having a chemical compound for generating charged particles by a nuclear reaction with incident neutrons; and a second light-emitting element (2) for generating photons in response to radiation, the second light-emitting element (2) being between the first light-emitting element and the chemical compound part (3). |
