Provided are copper sulfide nanoparticles having a core-shell structure included in a coating composition for blocking near-infrared light, and a preparation method therefor. More particularly, provided are copper sulfide nanoparticles having a core-shell structure which are prepared by the steps of: preparing CuS nanoparticles; preparing Cu2-xS nanoparticles by heating a mixed solution of the CuS nanoparticles, a reducing agent, and a solvent; and preparing Cu2-xS@Cu2-yO core-shell nanoparticles by heating a mixed solution of the Cu2-xS nanoparticles, an oxidizing agent, and a solvent. |
