titleOfInvention Tomographic image generation device, method, and program
abstract The present invention provides a tomographic image generation device, method, and program whereby a high-quality tomographic image having body movement accurately corrected therein can be obtained. An image acquisition unit obtains a plurality of projected images corresponding to each of a plurality of radiation source positions during tomosynthesis imaging. A reconstruction unit generates a tomographic image at each of a plurality of tomographic planes in a subject, by reconstructing all or part of the plurality of projected images. A feature point detection unit detects at least one feature point from the plurality of tomographic images. A position displacement derivation unit uses the feature point as a reference to derive position displacement amounts between the plurality of projected images on a corresponding tomographic plane corresponding to a tomographic image in which the feature point was detected. The reconstruction unit generates a corrected tomographic image by correcting the position displacement amounts and reconstructing the plurality of projected images.
