abstract |
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a method for producing a high-quality graft from differentiation-induced cells derived from a pluripotent stem cell; a graft produced by using the method; and a method for treating a disease by using the graft. The problem is solved by a method for producing a graft, the method comprising: (a) a step for removing undifferentiated cells in a cell population that comprises differentiation-induced cells derived from a pluripotent stem cell, and a step for optionally freezing a cell population and then thawing the cell population; and (b) a step for inoculating the cell population obtained in the step (a) on a culture substrate, and performs a graft-forming cultivation. |
