titleOfInvention | Fluororesin, fluororesin particles, and methods for producing these |
abstract | The present invention relates to: resin particles which contain a residue unit represented by general formula (1) and have a volume average particle diameter of 5-2000 μm; and a method for producing the resin particles. The present invention also relates to: a fluororesin which contains a residue unit represented by general formula (1), has a weight average molecular weight Mw within the range 5×104 to 3×105, and gives a melt-molded article (thickness 3 mm) having a degree of yellowness of 6 or less when heated for 24 hours at 280ºC; and a method for producing the fluororesin. In formula (1), Rf1, Rf2, Rf3 and Rf4 each independently denote one type selected from the group consisting of a fluorine atom, a straight chain perfluoroalkyl group having 1-7 carbon atoms, a branched chain perfluoroalkyl group having 3-7 carbon atoms and a cyclic perfluoroalkyl group having 3-7 carbon atoms. These perfluoroalkyl groups may have an etheric oxygen atom. Rf1, Rf2, Rf3 and Rf4 may bond to each other to form a ring having 4-8 carbon atoms, and the ring may include an etheric oxygen atom. |
