abstract | The present invention produces sterilizing water that has a high sterilization factor concentration and that can sterilize other objects. This sterilizing water producing device is provided with a member, a nozzle, and a discharge plasma generating mechanism. The member has an annular water channel. The annular water channel allows water to circulate therein. The nozzle generates cavitation bubbles in water. The discharge plasma generating mechanism generates discharge plasma in a space in which the cavitation bubbles are generated. |
