T-cell receptor recognizing ssx2 antigen |
abstract |
Provided by the present invention is a T-cell receptor (TCR) capable of specifically binding to a short peptide KASEKIFYV derived from an SSX2 antigen, wherein the antigen short peptide KASEKIFYV may form a complex together with HLA A0201 and be presented to the cell surface together therewith. Further provided by the present invention are a nucleic acid molecule that encodes the TCR and a vector comprising the nucleic acid molecule. In addition, further provided by the present invention is a cell that transduces the TCR of the present invention. |
