titleOfInvention | Vena cava embolic filter |
abstract | A vena cava embolic filter, comprising a support frame, the support frame having a straight linear portion and a bending portion extending from one side of the straight linear portion and gradually closer to the central axis, the end of the bending portion being formed with a connection structure capable of being connected to an external guide wire (20), the other side of the straight linear portion being gradually recessed from the edge toward the center so as to form an edge protrusion provided around the central axis, and the center of the edge protrusion being provided with a retractor (13). The support frame has an implantation state and a retraction state, in the implantation state, the retractor (13) is axially located within the edge protrusion, and the straight linear portion is attached to a vessel wall, and in the retraction state, the retractor (13) is axially located outside the edge protrusion, and the straight linear portion is separated from the vessel wall. In this way, when the vena cava embolic filter is in the implantation state, the straight linear portion is attached to the vessel wall, thereby increasing the stability of the embolic filter, and when in the retraction state, the straight linear portion can be separated from the vessel wall, thereby reducing the friction between the straight linear portion and the vessel wall and facilitating retraction. |
