abstract | The invention relates to biotechnology. A method is proposed for producing biomass of Galleria Mellanella larvae. The method includes preparing conditions for larval cultivation under artificial conditions, and cultivating and collecting Galleria Mellanella larvae. To cultivate the larvae, a nutrient medium with the following composition is used, g/kg: 185-200 g wheat flour, 180-190 g corn flour, 110-130 g wheat bran, 15-20 g yeast extract, 120-140 g powdered milk, 75-95 g honey, 80-90 g glycerin, 40-55 g wax dust, 0.02-0.03 g pinobanksin, 0.02-0.03 g pinocembrin and purified water up to 1000 g. During the cultivation period, the larvae are transferred to a fresh nutrient medium at least twice, and the larvae are collected at different stages of development. The method makes it possible to obtain biomass of Galleria Mellanella larvae with high biological activity. |
