abstract |
An apparatus and method for targeted ablation of cells based on a pulsed electric field, a medium and an electronic device. The method comprises: generating a high-voltage electric pulse for targeted ablation of a target cell (S110); and applying the high-voltage electric pulse to the target cell (S120), wherein the waveform of the high-voltage electric pulse and the intensity of the electric field generated by the high-voltage electric pulse are configured according to a component structural parameter and a dielectric parameter of the target cell. A high-voltage electric pulse acting on tumor stem cells in a targeted manner to induce pyroptosis thereof can be repeatedly generated, and is applied by means of an electrode to the tumor stem cells and the high-malignancy tumor cells escaped during ablation through irreversible electroporation to induce pyroptosis thereof. |
