abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for upgrading FCC gasoline. The method involves subjecting FCC gasoline to thiol etherification and double bond isomerization reactions under the action of a pre-hydrogenation catalyst in a pre-hydrogenation reactor, cutting the pre-hydrogenation reaction effluent into light and heavy gasoline fractions, and subjecting the light gasoline fraction to an isomerization reaction under the action of an isomerization catalyst and the heavy gasoline fraction to selective hydrodesulfurization under the action of a hydrodesulfurization-isomerization catalyst, with linear olefins being isomerized into single branched olefins or single branched alkanes; bringing the heavy gasoline fraction, which has been reacted, into an octane value recovery unit and into contact with an octane value recovery catalyst to perform a double branched isomerization reaction; and finally, reconciling the light and heavy gasoline fractions to obtain a clean gasoline product with low olefin and ultra-low sulfur contents and a high octane value. |
