abstract The present invention relates to an ocular disease implant device having easily changeable physical properties and shape. An implant device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a tube in which a hollow is formed for outflow of aqueous humor and which can be inserted into a plate; and an implant body including an upper plate in the form of a cover to prevent exposure of the tube, a tube insertion path in the form of a gutter in which the tube is seated, and a lower plate connected to the tube insertion path to receive the aqueous humor and including a circular chamber formed in the center, wherein the upper plate may be attachable to and detachable from the lower plate.
