abstract The invention relates to a device for assisting in the reconstruction of a vertebra, comprising an implant (1), the implant comprising a hollow main body (3) with a hermetic proximal portion (4a) which is not externally threaded and which allows, during operation, pedicle anchoring of the implant, and a distal portion (4b) which is intended to be arranged in the vertebral body. The distal portion is formed to allow the interior of the main body and the exterior of the implant to be in contact, and is radially expandable if an element is inserted through the implant.
