abstract Provided is a high-throughput sequencing kit, comprising the following components: 1) a upstream sequencing adapter; 2) M row-encoding adapters; 3) N column-encoding adapters; and 4) a downstream sequencing adapter, where M and N are integers greater than or equal to 1. Also disclosed is a high-throughput sequencing method. The method can realize a quantitative analysis of high-throughput sequencing and has excellent application prospects.
