titleOfInvention | Method for detecting objective substance |
abstract | The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for detecting an objective substance, whereby a plurality of types of objective substances can be detected by a single detection in detection of an objective substance from a subject using magnetic force. The purpose of the present invention is achieved by a configuration in which, in detection of an objective substance in which magnetic particles and labeling particles are bonded to the objective substance and the bonded conjugate thereof is moved by magnetic force, a plurality of labeling particles are used which include first labeling particles for bonding to at least a first objective substance, and second labeling particles for bonding to an objective substance to which the first labeling particles do not bond, the labeling particles satisfy a first condition that the particles have different sizes, and/or a second condition that different signal light is generated by light irradiation thereof, and the objective substance is detected from the combination of labeling particles bonded thereto. |
