The present invention relates to a novel camptothecin derivative and an application thereof, a tumor cell growth inhibitor, a ternary complex and a method for improving solubility of the camptothecin derivative. The camptothecin derivative is formed by modifying a substance shown in formula (I) with glycosylated triazole at R3. In the structural formula as shown in formula (I), R1 represents H, alkyl of C1-10, deuterated alkyl of C1-10, or halogenated alkyl of C1-C10; R2 represents H, CH2N(CH3)2, or CH2N(CD3)2; R4 represents formula (II) or H, wherein X represents N, O, or S; L represents polypeptide, linear alkyl of C1-20 or derivatives thereof, linear or branched acyl derivatives of C1-20, and glycol of C2-100 or derivatives thereof. The camptothecin derivative has higher solubility. The prepared anti-cancer drugs have wide anti-cancer spectrum and high safety, and the in vivo anti-cancer activity is superior to irinotecan hydrochloride. |
