abstract | An anti-vulcanisation reversion agent for rubber having a particle diameter of 40-100 μm and a new synthesis method therefor, the synthesis steps comprising: first using a green synthesis water solvent method to synthesise intermediate 1, 6-bis (N, N,-dibenzothiazolecarbamoyl monosulphide)-hexane at room temperature under the action of a phase transfer catalyst, reacting the obtained intermediate with sulphur to obtain an initial product 1,6-bis (N, N,-dibenzothiazolecarbamoyl disulphide)-hexane, and performing a recrystallisation purification process on the initial product to obtain a 1,6-bis (N, N,-dibenzothiazolecarbamoyl disulphide)-hexane pure product. The solvent in the present synthesis method can be recovered and reused without generating waste water, being environmentally friendly and economical, the reaction time is short, the product is highly pure, the production efficiency is high, the synthesis process is simple, and energy consumption is low. The prepared anti-vulcanisation reversion agent for rubber has large granularity and narrow particle diameter distribution, and has good machining performance. |
