abstract | Provided are a ginkgo biloba leaf extract particle and a preparation method and application thereof. Preferred preparation steps and conditions thereof are used to obtain a ginkgo biloba leaf extract particle of good quality. Compared with a ginkgo biloba leaf extract particle prepared by a conventional method, the ginkgo biloba leaf extract particle of the present invention has stable quality, a low failure rate, and the ginkgo biloba leaf extract particles obtained from different batches are consistent. Specifically, the amount of ginkgolic acid in the ginkgo biloba leaf extract particle of the present invention is effectively controlled, so as to avoid the use of a ginkgolic acid-rich raw material in the the ginkgo biloba leaf extract particle, thereby effectively increasing the safety of the ginkgo biloba leaf extract particle. The ginkgo biloba leaf extract particle prepared by the method also has excellent properties with respect to taste, bitterness, stability, high-temperature resistance, and moldability. |
