abstract | A swelling treatment method for a polymer drag-reducing agent for shortening the onset of action of a drag-reducing agent, the method comprising the following preparation steps: step 1: shredding a polymer solid and placing the same in a reaction kettle; step 2: filling the reaction kettle with carbon dioxide such that the reaction kettle reaches a supercritical state; step 3: after the polymer has swelled, removing the carbon dioxide from the kettle and taking out a sample; step 4: weighing the sample and then placing the same in a freezing bucket, and performing a low-temperature treatment; step 5: transferring to a crusher for coarse crushing and grinding; andnstep 6: adding a separant, and, after ball-milling and mixing are performed, obtaining a fast-acting slurry drag reducer used in petroleum products. |
