abstract | Disclosed by the present invention are a high-elasticity flame-retardant dual-component wall surface material and a preparation method therefor. A component A prepolymer comprises: polyglycerol ether, hydroquinone, toluene diisocyanate, nitrile rubber and polymethylpropionate; a component B prepolymer comprises: liquid filler, octyl phthalate, 1,4-butanediol, 3,3'-dichloro-4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane, calcium carbonate, an antistatic agent, an organic tin catalyst, diphenylamine, and triphosphate; according to a ratio of 2: 1, the component A prepolymer and the component B prepolymer are thoroughly mixed to obtain the described high-elasticity flame-retardant dual-component wall surface material. A coating thereof has good compactness, is non-flammable, is simple to construct, and has adjustable thickness. The component A prepolymer, the component B prepolymer and the novel wall surface material are not flammable and may be directly applied to a wall. Since the thickness of a coating is adjustable, the described material may be applied to places at which air leakage easily occurs, such as a mine ventilation door, a seal gap, and so on, and the material has good elasticity and strong tensile resistance. |
