abstract | Disclosed are a method and system for preparing a xanthogenate through a slurry process. The method comprises: adding a mixture of dichloromethane and carbon disulfide into a slurry reactor as a reaction solvent, then adding alcohol and caustic alkali to react with carbon disulfide, the reaction proceeds at a pressure lower than one atmospheric pressure, and heat released during the reaction is removed when the solvent is evaporated; further carrying out reduced-pressure distillation after the reaction to remove the solvent and water, thus obtaining xanthogenate; and transferring the xanthogenate to granulation equipment for granulation, and then drying in a dryer to obtain a product. The method is carried out in a set of system composed of reaction equipment, solvent recovery equipment, granulation equipment and drying equipment, and the main equipment of the reaction system is a slurry reactor. The method has the advantages of high efficiency, low energy consumption, good safety, environmental friendliness, convenient operation and the like, is capable of reducing the use of cooling water in the reaction process, and can be put into industrial application. |
