Method for enhancing gene expression by aav vector |
abstract |
The present invention pertains to a gene transfer composition comprising a recombinant viral vector and provides a gene transfer composition capable of increasing gene transfer efficiency using a viral vector. More specifically, provided is a gene transfer composition that comprises a recombinant viral vector containing a target gene to be expressed and a saccharide at a concentration of 40 mM or higher. Preferably, the viral vector is an adeno-associated viral vector. By using the composition according to the present invention, gene transfer efficiency with the use of a viral vector can be increased by about 50-fold or greater. |
