A method for preparing a moisture-retentive, breathable, and antibacterial spunlace non-woven fabric for polyurethane synthetic leather, comprising: immersing 44.7 g of a pure cotton spunlace non-woven fabric in 70 g of an aqueous solution of formic acid for 30-90 min, removing cotton textile fibers, placing the cotton textile fibers in 60 g of an aqueous solution of acetic acid having a mass concentration of 15%, removing the cotton textile fibers after 30-150 min, washing the removed cotton textile fibers 3-5 times with 100 ml of a mixed solution of ethanol and water having a volume ratio of 70:30, and drying same; dispersing 0.8 g of sodium alginate, 0.7 g of chitosan, and 0.6 g of an emulsifier into 160 g of distilled water, mixing and stirring at 60°C for 50 min, and adding the modified cotton textile fibers and 1.6 g of an antibacterial agent, immersing for 30-90 min, removing same, immersing in water containing 7 g of a cross-linking agent and 80 g of trifluoroacetic anhydride and reacting for 0.5-3.5 h, drying the modified cotton textile fibers at 100°C for 15-40 min, washing same with water for 3-5 times, and drying same; uniformly spreading 15 g of the obtained modified coir product, 0.05 g of a carboxylated graphene sheet, 11.6 g of a polyurethane binder, and 2.1 g of substance A on the surface of the moisture-retentive and breathable woven material for spunlace obtained in step (3), folding the obtained moisture-retentive and breathable woven material for spunlace in half and pressing same to be flat, placing same in an oven at 50°C and reacting for 2-4 h at a constant temperature, so as to obtain a moisture-retentive, breathable, and antibacterial spunlace non-woven fabric for polyurethane synthetic leather. |
