abstract |
The invention relates to an optoelectronic semiconductor device (10) having a first assembly (140) of first optoelectronic components (15) and a second assembly (150) of second optoelectronic components (16) which are arranged on a substrate (100). Each of the first optoelectronic components (15) comprises a first resonator mirror (120) with a first main surface (121), an active region (125) which is suitable for generating radiation, and a second resonator mirror (110), each of which is arranged one over the other along a first direction, wherein radiation (20) emitted by the optoelectronic component (15) is emitted via the first main surface (121). The first optoelectronic components (15) are suitable for emitting electromagnetic radiation. Each of the second optoelectronic components (16) comprises an active region (125), which is suitable for generating radiation, and are suitable for receiving electromagnetic radiation (25). |
