Disclosed are a functional plant salt and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises mixing one or more plant extract powders, in an addition amount of 1%-40%, with a fine salt until uniform, baking same all once or in batches at a high temperature of 800℃-1400℃, so as to form functional plant salts with different colors, different space structures, different physicochemical properties, different flavors and different uses. |
