titleOfInvention | Method for detecting target nucleic acid by nucleic acid chromatography, and kit for detecting target nucleic acid |
abstract | This method for detecting a target nucleic acid by nucleic acid chromatography includes: a step for performing PCR using a target nucleic acid, a primer having a base sequence complementary to a target sequence in the nucleic acid, and deoxyribonucleotide triphosphate for which the concentration thereof in a PCR reaction solution is lower than the concentration used in normal PCR, and for amplifying a double-stranded nucleic acid having a complementary strand that extends from the primer, and a single-stranded nucleic acid portion that is not hybridized; a step for hybridizing the double-stranded nucleic acid having the amplified single-stranded nucleic acid portion, and a detection probe immobilized on a solid phase carrier and having a base sequence complementary to part of the target sequence; and a step for detecting the detection probe and the hybridized double-stranded nucleic acid. |
