abstract |
This dispersion contains prescribed proportions of: (A) a lipophilic silicone branched type polyglycerol-modified silicone having a weight average molecular weight of 10,000 or less in terms of polystyrene, as measured by gel permeation chromatography; (B) hydrophobically treated titanium oxide fine particles having a specific surface area of 20-70 m2/g; and (C) a volatile oil agent having a boiling point of 250°C or lower. The dispersion is stable even if the titanium oxide fine particles are dispersed at a high concentration, has a low viscosity, and is excellent in terms of an ultraviolet radiation blocking effect. This cosmetic containing said dispersion is excellent in terms of feeling of use, coating properties and stability over time. |
