abstract |
This imaging element of an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: a semiconductor substrate that has one surface and another surface in opposition, and has a through hole that penetrates between the one surface and the other surface; a first photoelectric conversion unit provided above the one surface of the semiconductor substrate; a through electrode that is electrically connected with the first photoelectric conversion unit, and that penetrates the semiconductor substrate inside the through hole; a first dielectric film that is provided on the one surface of the semiconductor substrate, and that has a first film thickness; and a second dielectric film that is provided on the side surface of the through hole, and that has a second film thickness that is thinner than the first film thickness. |
