abstract A semiconductor light-emitting diode apparatus and a lamp. The apparatus comprises a substrate (110), wherein a surface of the substrate (110) is provided with a recessed portion, and a bottom face of the recessed portion is provided with a first groove (111), a second groove (112) and a third groove (113); a first light source is arranged in the first groove (111) and comprises a purple LED chip (201) and a blue phosphor adhesive layer (301); a second light source is arranged in the second groove (112) and comprises a first blue LED chip (202) and a green phosphor adhesive layer (302); a third light source is arranged in the third groove (113) and comprises a second blue LED chip (203) and a red phosphor adhesive layer (303); the depth of the first groove (111) is greater than the depths of the second groove (112) and the third groove (113); and a heat conduction layer (401) and a diffusion layer (501) are stacked in sequence in the recessed portion in a light-emitting direction, and the heat conduction layer (401) is spread on the blue phosphor adhesive layer (301), the green phosphor adhesive layer (302) and the red phosphor adhesive layer (303). According to the apparatus, improvement on a single lamp bead is realized, thereby realizing a color temperature, spectrum and brightness adjustable light-emitting diode apparatus.
