Provided is a test method for distinguishing prostate cancer, said method comprising analyzing sugar chains modifying PSA in a specimen and detecting the abundance of multi-sialylated LacdiNAc structures, in particular, Glycan ID: 7512, Glycan ID: 7603, Glycan ID: 7612 and/or Glycan ID: 7613. By calculating PSA G-index from the relative abundance of Glycan ID: 7512 and/or Glycan ID: 7603, moreover, it becomes possible to highly specifically detect prostate cancer even in a patient with PSA value in a gray zone. |
