titleOfInvention | Layered double hydroxide and resin composite material composition |
abstract | [Problem] To provide a layered double hydroxide with which a resin composition can be obtained, wherein the resin composition has improved mold releasability and fluidity of molten resin, is also excellent in terms of impact strength, and owing to excellent thermal resistance, experiences no drop in physical properties during heating even for resin which undegoes high-temperature molding, and experiences no drop in physical properties even if exposed to high-temperature conditions under conditions of use. [Solution] This layered double hydroxide is characterized in that the layer structure does not collapse at 400°C, and the structural formula thereof is represented by the composition formula: [MI 1-xMII x(OH)2][An- x/n]·mH2O (1) MI represents at least one selected from the group consisting of Mg, Zn, Ca, Cu, Zr, Co, Ni, Fe and Mn as divalent metal species and Li as a monovalent metal species, MII represents at least one selected from the group consisting of Al, Fe and Co as trivalent metal species, and An- represents an n-valent anion of an organic acid. The organic acid represented by An- is incorporated between layers. 0.20 ≤ x ≤ 0.50 0 ≤ m < 2 |
