abstract | A preparation method for an all-solid-state polymer electrolyte, and an all-solid-state polymer battery. The electrolyte is prepared by means of the following steps: polymerizing a polycarbonate monomer with a carboxyl or hydroxyl polycarbonate monomer to obtain a polymer A; adding a polyether monomer, a polyethylene glycol propenyl monomer, and a functional polymer to a solvent, adding a lithium salt and an initiator, and selectively adding an auxiliary agent and a functional filler for initiation reaction to obtain a polymer B; adding the polymer A and the polymer B to the solvent, and selectively adding a carboxyl crosslinking agent to mix well to obtain a polymer mixture system; adding a hydroxyl crosslinking agent to the polymer mixture system and mixing the two well, uniformly applying the obtained mixed liquid to a mold, and carrying out a crosslinking reaction in a vacuum drying oven under an inert gas atmosphere; and after the end of the reaction, performing vacuum drying under the inert gas atmosphere to obtain an all-solid-state polymer electrolyte membrane. The obtained solid polymer electrolyte has good compatibility and mechanical strength, and high ionic conductivity at room temperature. |
