titleOfInvention Process for production of biomass fertilizer from liquid manure from animals kept in agriculture, such as cattle, pigs, sheep, chickens and the like
abstract Multistage process for processing of agricultural liquid manure for producing biomass fertilizer, characterized by the following process steps: a) separation of the agricultural liquid manure mixture by mechanical separations such as sieving (via gratings) or centrifuging of larger foreign objects such as straw from the substantially liquid phase or homogenization of the liquid manure mixture by comminution of straw and hay fibers, (b) addition of C-containing substances, such as mono-, di-, oligo-, and polysaccharides, pyruvic acids and gluconodeltalactone and the like to the liquid phase/the homogenized liquid manure mixture, c) biogenic semiaerobic fermentation for acidification by addition of bacteria to a pH of about 6.0-5.8, d) aerobic dissimilation and/or fermentation and further acidification to a pH of about 4.8 by addition of molds and/or yeasts and/or bacteria and introduction of air or oxygen, wherein the inorganic ions present in the substantially liquid phase of the liquid manure/in the homogenized liquid manure mixture, in particular ammonium ions, potassium ions and phosphate ions, are metabolized by the molds and/or yeasts and/or bacteria in a microbiological reaction and are organically bound/incorporated in the resulting organic nitrogen compounds, such as amino acids, oligopeptides, peptides, proteins, chitins, urea and phytin or other organic compounds.
