abstract |
A broken cell wall granule for direct consumption consists of one or more kinds of broken cell wall plant powder and a water-soluble excipient. The particle size of the granule is 60-100 mesh. The weight ratio of the broken cell wall plant powder to the water-soluble excipient is 1:(1-6). The particle size of the broken cell wall plant powder is less than 75 μm. A method for preparing the broken cell wall granule for direct consumption comprises: mixing the broken cell wall plant powder with the excipient; and obtaining a corresponding powdered beverage mix by means of wet or dry granulation. The broken cell wall granule for direct consumption does not need to be mixed with water, quickly dissolves in the oral cavity, and can be directly swallowed. |
