titleOfInvention Intravaginal part for coupling to laser generator
abstract The invention refers to an electro-mechanical intravaginal part, specially designed so that a doctor can insert same into the vagina in order to treat a certain area of the vaginal canal, achieving stimulation and regeneration of the vaginal tissue. The intravaginal part is coupled to a laser generator, which generates a laser beam that passes through the inside of the intravaginal part and is reflected by a mirror towards the area to be treated within the vaginal canal. The invention is characterised in that it allows the laser generator to fire, and next the intravaginal part turns automatically to the next angular position, and so on until completing the predetermined angular travel, while simultaneously advancing axially (forwards or backwards) through the vaginal canal in a fully automatic and programmable way, which allows the laser beam to be split. This makes it possible to carry out a broad range of treatments of the vaginal canal depending on the need of each patient (specific areas and/or specific intensities depending on the area). The invention is also very ergonomic for the doctor, very safe for the patient (since all the points and areas to be treated will only be treated once), and offers great efficiency of treatment (by doing away with human error and guaranteeing completely uniform and perfectly ordered delivery of laser energy, avoiding overlaps between strikes and the build-up of heat in any given area, while also avoiding blank spaces in the vaginal tissue).
