Provided is a Scylla paramamosain antibacterial peptide Sparamosin: an existing method of solid phase chemical synthesis is used to obtain a Sparamosin mature peptide having a purity of more than 95% and a functional domain thereof Sparamosin 26-54 . The described peptide is derived from an aquaculture crustacean, has antibacterial activity, may be applied in aquaculture as a feed additive, and may also be developed into a mold-prevention preservative, an antibacterial agent, an antibacterial drug, and so on. Sparamosin 26-54 has antifungal activity, and may inhibit the growth of various yeast fungi and filamentous fungi. |
