abstract The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for providing a homogeneous, stable emulsion from a mixed liquid comprising an aqueous liquid and a hydrophobic liquid that is incompatible with aqueous liquids without using a surfactant, by using a recirculating batch mode gas-liquid shearing fluid mixing apparatus provided at least with a mixing chamber, a pump, a fine bubble-supplying unit, and a gas intake pipe, so as to introduce air from the downstream side of a gas-liquid shearing vortex pump.
