A loudspeaker diaphragm and a loudspeaker. The loudspeaker diaphragm comprises a thermoplastic polyester elastomer film layer (11), the thermoplastic polyester elastomer being a copolymer composed of a polyester hard segment A and a polyether or an aliphatic polyester soft segment B, wherein the vitrification transformation temperature of the thermoplastic polyester elastomer film layer (11) ≤20℃, while the thermal plasticity temperature is 50℃-200℃. Using the described thermoplastic polyester elastomer film layer enables a loudspeaker diaphragm to have good flexibility, while being highly reliable and being durable, thus increasing the damage resistance capabilities of a loudspeaker. |
