titleOfInvention | Anti-human b7-h4 monoclonal antibody, identification method, use and kit |
abstract | Disclosed in the present invention are an anti-human B7-H4 monoclonal antibody, an identification method, use and a kit. The anti-human B7-H4 monoclonal antibody and the monoclonal antibody of the present invention can be used for immunohistochemical specimen detection, tumor tissue B7-H4 expression analysis. and extracting heavy chain variable regions (mVH) and light chain variable regions (mVL) from hybridoma cells secreting the anti-human B7-H4 monoclonal antibody to perform sequencing to verify the B7-H4 heavy and light chain variable sequences. On this basis, an antibody expression in a eukaryotic cell line is carried out, and the obtained antibody has been verified to have good binding ability. Immunohistochemistry is used to detect the specific staining of tumor specimens, and the effect and specificity of the self-developed B7-H4 monoclonal antibody and commercial B7-H4 antibody on the staining of the same tissue specimen are compared. |
