titleOfInvention | Fermented emulsifier forming reverse micelles, composition containing same and method for preparing fermented emulsifier |
abstract | The present invention uses microorganisms so as to prepare a fermented emulsifier capable of forming reverse micelles, thereby collecting an active bioactive substance in the fermented emulsifier, such that a lipid layer of the skin enables, by using the revere micelles, effective penetration and absorption of the substance while being fused with a hydrophobic substance, which is the fermentation emulsifier. In addition, the present invention has improved application in a formulation, such as emulsion stability and oxidation stability, so as to have reduced toxicity in skin cells and enhanced storability, and is utilized as a bio-surfactant, and thus a dermatological composition, which is eco-friendly and harmless to the human body, can be provided. Furthermore, skin penetration and absorption of an active ingredient are enhanced such that dermatological functions such as moisture retention, wrinkle reduction, skin aging, and anti-inflammation can be improved. |
