The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape which, even when used in steps involving a high-temperature treatment, is inhibited from increasing in adhesiveness and can be peeled off, leaving little adhesive residue. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprising an ultraviolet-curable tacky polymer, wherein the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has a contact angle with methyl isobutyl ketone of 15° or greater. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer which has been cured with ultraviolet has a gel content of 90% or higher and, after 1-hour standing at 200°C, has an apparent shear strength, as measured by an SAICAS method, of 0.1-10 MPa. |
