abstract |
The present invention provides a method for detecting a complex having a low affinity, under conditions in which the binding equilibrium of the complex is substantially maintained, and for measuring the concentration and/or amount of the complex. Also provided are a method for evaluating kinetics of the complex on the basis of the concentration and/or the amount of the complex determined by means of said measuring method, and a method for determining a treatment method employing a drug. |
